The Jane Birkin elder brother names Andrew who is photographer and script writer has pictured during all the 1970's the love affair between his sister and the composer and singer Serge Gainsbourg. Serge meets Jane the first time on the set of the Pierre Grimblat movie "Slogan" in 1968. He has left the French actress BB and decide to transform this young and inexperiences young English woman as his own muse. All the exhibited pictures have been made in black and white colors because Andrew Birkin thinks that this type of picture gives something more realistic and help understanding better the contrasts. Andrew Birkin fixes times full of complicity, life and sharing between two stars who didn't pose for him. Behind the Serge jokes the photographer feels a melancolic man with black humor deeply touched by WWII and the fact that he should wear a golden star on his jacket.
